Whispertext is what your Agents will hear when they pick up a phone call. This will let them know details about the lead before they are connected.
This can be customized how you see fit and can be played for both Team and Lead Calls.
Whispertext will play for Team calls, when an Agent answers.
Whispertext will play for Lead calls, after a Lead dials 1 and an Agent answers.
Whispertext is configured as part of Team settings.
You can include any of your own text in addition to including references to lead fields. These references will be replaced with values from the related lead record.
