The best way to use Call Assist is to integration with your CRM or another lead source.

The simplest way to do this, is with a Webhook or Zapier integration.

If you are just getting started, you might want to try a few other things before integrating.

Assuming you have: Validated a phone number, recorded a sales message and added Agents and Teams you are ready to test Call Assist.

Go to Leads section, Add a new lead ad try placing a call. For testing purposes you may want to add a lead with your phone number.
